The number of people searching for property in France and the Languedoc dropped by around 7% between May & June 2010 according to statistics released by Primelocation.com

However, despite the drop from May to June, figures were still up by more than 130 percent on the same time last year.

With France in the top 5 destinations for overseas property buyers and the Languedoc a property market extremely popular with overseas property buyers, the overall trend is a positive one, although the Summer months are traditionally quieter which perhaps explains the slight fall in property searches in France & the Languedoc.
